Ahead of the groundbreaking ceremony of the Grenada National Resort in Grenada, the Heng Sheng Group (Developer), will be hosting a seminar for its channel partners across Nigeria.
The objective of the seminar is to enlighten its channel partners on the latest opportunities in Grenada, its benefits and commission, and most importantly, the due diligence procedures from processing an application to receiving the passport.
The seminar is scheduled to be held both virtually (via the zoom platform) and physically at 2B Etsoye Close, Shonibare Estate, Ikeja GRA; on the 22nd of February, 2023 at 4.00 pm WAT.
The seminar will have in attendance professionals working in various aspects of immigration services, both locally and internationally with an interest in the Citizenship & Residency by Investment programs.
Expected speakers are Adebayo Omolehin, HSG Regional Channel Manager Lagos; Simon Zhao, HSG International Marketing Director; Vivian Davids, HSG Regional Channel Manager Abuja; and Idowu Olumide, Regional Channel Director Africa.
“The Grenada National Resort is a priority tourism and real estate project of the Grenada Government in partnership with the developer ( Heng Sheng Group) which is an approved CBI project for eligible investors to obtain Grenada Citizenship by investing in the project,” said Idowu Olumide, Regional Channel Director for Africa.
“The resort is the largest foreign investment project on the island, and it aims to enhance Grenada’s tourism image and promote the country’s economy,” he added.
As he is said to attend the Ground Breaking Ceremony in Grenada, he added that the Grenada National Resort is a world-class all-inclusive resort, covering a land area of nearly 375 acres, with 500 luxury ocean suites, offering a range of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, two helipads and a yacht marina among others.
